2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the terms of product sales made through Stockhen.com. The buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement when placing an order.

3. Product and Service Information
The features, prices and payment terms of the products sold are specified at the time of ordering.

4. Payment and Billing Information
The buyer can make the payment by credit card, bank transfer or other specified methods. Billing information is determined at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery Terms

• Products are shipped within two business days.

• The shipping time is three business days, and you will be informed about any delays.

• Buyer must notify within three days in case of incorrect or incomplete delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

• The buyer has the right to return the product received within 14 days.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized and customized products.

• For returns, the product must be unused and undamaged.

7. Warranty and Problematic Products
If the product is found to be defective or faulty, a notification must be made within three days and the necessary process must be initiated.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Recipient information is kept confidential in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation and is not shared with third parties.

9. Legal Conditions and Jurisdiction
In disputes regarding this contract, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply and the competent courts are the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
